Copenhagen Pride 2022 Takes Place!
13th-21st August

This August the temperatures are rising as Copenhagen Pride strikes back with a full-scale event for the first time since Covid-19, with a whole host of events for your to get stuck into, from lectures to pumping concerts. We can't wait to get stuck into some of the arts and music events, and of course, the glittering Parade! Get your LGTBI+ on for all things the Pride stands for and check out the awesome programme of events here - everyone is invited!

The Joy of Pride

From Saturday 13th to Sunday 21st August, Copenhagen will come to life with a rainbow of possibilities as Pride comes to town. Pride Square (at Rådhuspladsen) will be buzzing as the centre of all the activiy including food and bars, and of course concerts on stage. Along with the inclusive events and more serious events such as human rights and lectures, there are also plenty of concerts to shake your booty at, live music events, and who could forget the Parade?

This is the 26th year for Copenhagen Pride and they have presented a program of events to knock your socks off. Last year WorldPride and the EuroGames shared with Malmo created an unforgettable experience, but unfortunately the parade wasn't allowed, so this year expect it to be bigger and better! This year the theme is FREEDOM, and it will be expressed in all ways over the 9 day celebration of all things LGTBI+

Pride Square

Rådhuspladsen will once again be transformed from the City Hall Square to Pride Square, the epicentre of the celebrations for the duration of Pride. Here you will find the usual food and drink stalls and two performance areas, places to meet, and of course the main stage for the shows at Drag Night and Pride Night concerts. The square is open from the afternoon at 12 and until 10pm, and midnight Friday and Saturday.
