Get into the city’s best beers with a double celebration of the art of brewing with two festivals dedicated to the humble hop this month!
The party kick off in to Copenhagen’s trendiest spot- Oksnehallen near the meat packing district where the Mikkeller Beer Celebration takes place (13 and 14 May). The best talent in brewing will be here for you to sample their wares.
And, if this wasn’t enough to get the juices flowing then you can toast the arrival of spring with Copenhagen’s Beer Festival (18-20 May) If you’re a connoisseur of beer or simply someone who wants to try what the city has to offer in local flavour and expertise then make a date with this mouth-watering celebration of everyone’s favourite refreshment!

For the party hungry among you the city which has everything offers you a serious street festival Distortion (31 May-June 4). This long-standing homage to dance and the true spirit of partying has been rocking the cool since its launch nearly twenty years ago. You can be part of the famous street parties in Norrebro and Vesterbro which rock the days and then join the night parties at a range of venues across the city.
